End Defend maintains a strict safe harbor policy for legitimate security researchers. If you identify an authentication flaw or tenant isolation gap within our public endpoints (such as our Contact Dispatch or API Routing subnets), we ask that you immediately disclose it to our Security Team before attempting data exfiltration.
